RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare, cosmetic, beauty, and personal care products cannot be returned.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return has been accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
