With these rules, we're able to offer you the best experience, while respecting your time and providing you with high-quality service.
We work by appointment only, and we ask you to respect the time of your appointment to ensure the best possible experience at the institute.
Late arrivals
In order to respect our commitment to punctuality, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Any delay will also be deducted from your session. Any delay of more than 10 minutes will automatically result in the cancellation of your session.
Cancellations
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. If you fail to show up without informing us (no show), we reserve the right to blacklist you. You will then no longer be able to book a treatment with Elevate.
Payment
You can pay by cash, Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard or Payconiq.
To ensure that your appointment at Elevate runs smoothly, here are a few basic rules.

The ordering process is completely secure. Personal and banking information is protected by a secure SSL server. So you can buy on our site in complete security.

An order that has been validated cannot be modified. You can contact our customer service department via the contact form or at info@elevatemyskin.com. We will be happy to help you.
An order that has been validated cannot be cancelled. However, you can always return products if they have not been opened. We are not obliged to take back products whose packaging has been opened.

Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will automatically receive your invoice at the e-mail address you gave us when you placed your order.

When ordering before 12:00, you can expect to receive your order the next working day*. Orders received after 12:00 are delivered within 2 to 3 working days.
*Busy periods as the holidays or other promotional events could delay our shipping times.

Delivery is free for orders over €100. For orders under €100, you will be charged €4.50 for shipping.

You will receive your products according to the day and time of your order. Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, you will receive an e-mail containing a tracking number enabling you to follow your parcel.

If you find that you have entered the wrong delivery address, we recommend that you contact our customer service department via the contact form or by e-mail at info@elevatemyskin.com. However, we cannot confirm that it will be possible to change it. Once the parcel has gone to preparation, it is impossible to change anything.
